Most people in Saint John, forget, that other areas of the city ,that were populated were in swamp areas. One example was Portland place ,in the north end of Saint John . Those homes were built for the men and women ,returning from the 2nd World War.
An other area, was Cresant Valley and other sections in that same area. The City of Saint John ,Made sure that flooding would not be a problem, along with the Province .
Please do not critisize the people in:” Glen Falls.” Know your facts.
