		<description>I can&#039;t even contact them by email for a simple REWARDS question.  All their emails come from a NO REPLY address, and I cannot find a way to write to them.  I bought a laptop from them and was not happy with it.  I was told I had 15 days to return it.  I brought it back right away because the Touch Pad was almost unusable. They kept saying they would try to get another one, but they never did...and they simply ran out the clock.  I am stuck with an HP laptop that is nearly impossible to left or right click.
They should smarten up.  This is not the way to keep customers.</description>

		<description>i bought  a  computer cushion for my grandaughter for Christmas, she  didn&#039;t need it so i took it back to Staples where  i bought it with  the receipt  but the package was not with it  so they wouldn&#039;t take it back, they gave  me a hard time   will never but another thing from them, they are very rude and  don&#039;t care about ther customers, all the want is the almighty dollar</description>

		<description>Definitely thinking twice about Staples after reading this, there&#039;s no real excuse for that.  Kudos to Armour for working on your concerns on their end though.</description>
