		<description>I thought Chase did well.  He was the only one forceful in defending the interests on the taxpayer by benchmarking for performance reviews, looking at P3s for water, and hiring an auditor general.  Kudos.  Titus was tightly scriped and his knowledge and experience shone through.  My only hesitation is that I don&#039;t get the impression he feels a change in course for the City is called for.  Danny Jardine was also very impressive, speaking eloquently and passionately.  My major beef with what he had to say was that he is against P3&#039;s for water delivery.  Responding to my question on this a day later, he had the courage to stand behind his remarks, but he came out solidly against even looking at this as an option.</description>
