ivan court cannot win with 21%of the vote unless all the other four received 20% simple math the poll showed him with 21%of the DECIDED vote I think0he will win with over 30% still not a strong mandate but he would beat any of the others in a 2 person race

I too believe that none of the returning candidates are really suitable including Ivan and Bruce Court. This is a crucial election too because Saint John is in a very week bubble of prosperity and at least two of the wards have not really desirable candidates running. In many cases the candidates that are leading are not pro-business. A lot of companies that can into Saint John 10-15 years ago can with 10-15 year leases and an assumption of an $0.80 dollar. This means that there is reason that if council does not work with the commercial community the bubble will pop.
